Our Approach
Realisation and enabling the vision
At this stage all the stakeholders in the project will meet to discuss the goals of the project.
Planning the route elements to the vision
We will plan exactly how we will enable and make each element happen. Its at this point we ensure that we can deliver each and every route element to a high standard. For example there maybe some particular requirement that we could not deliver ourselves or deliver with reliance upon any of our strategic partners under which we would have to declare ourselves out of the project. Once we are 100% sure that we can deliver we would then drill down into specifics of the project elements, project element functions, workflow and timescales to create a Project Roadmap complimented with supporting services.
Developing the elements that build the route
We would then start to develop, code and implement each route element in a timely, well documented manner in accordance with the Project Roadmap.
Testing each route element for stability
We cannot stress enough about the stability of what we build. This part of the process is where we will evaluate each route element and ensure that no part of the development can be currently compromised. What we would also do is pinpoint any areas in the system that need future security and stability evaluations conducting for safety of the project.
Support each route element to ensure stability and security
We then provide each route element with a point of support. This will include bug fixes if they appear, user support, and change management scanning and visibility.
