Support is the most critical part of pre and post launch of any web application project.  Although we test, test and test again our web applications before launch we still believe we need to be on-hand for anything unexpecting.  

 

Be assured that we will be with you every step of the way until full application handover ironing out any bugs and issues.  

 

Once your web application is live, running and stable, we will be on hand to support you should anything go wrong with your application.  You can take our support services in two variants:

 

  • Monthly retainer services, with someone on-hand with technical and consultant queries.
  • Per incident support charged per hour.
